Hello! I am Coach Nicole, the heart behind Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching. I'm thrilled you are here!

My journey into holistic health began during a personal crisis—when my third child suffered through her fifth ear infection...and she was only 3 months old! Frustrated with conventional treatments, I turned to chiropractic care and homeopathy, which not only alleviated her symptoms but also ignited my passion for alternative health care! This quickly prompted a career shift from being an Esthetician to embarking on a new path in holistic health.

I started at the front desk of a wellness clinic and quickly advanced through various roles—from Office Manager to Operations Manager, eventually being invited to co-own the clinic. This incredible journey was an honor I didn't take lightly. Starting from the ground up deepened my understanding of holistic health care and fueled my desire to help others run outstanding clinics and businesses. As a single mom during all of this, it was crucial for me to excel both at work and have the time I wanted at home. I accomplished that and made it my mission to create the same balanced environment for our team, many of whom were navigating similar life stages.

Now, with all my children grown (my youngest, who inspired my career change, is now 20!) I have moved to the amazing and sunny state of Arizona. Here, I've poured my passion into Olive & Oak Business Empowerment Coaching. I dedicate myself to assisting chiropractors, naturopaths, and all holistic health professionals to create the businesses they not only desire but truly deserve.

With extensive experience from the front desk to ownership, and having coached hundreds of women, I am here to support, guide, and ignite your potential in the holistic health industry. I firmly believe business shouldn't be done alone, and I would be honored to be part of your journey!
